By creating an account, buying, publishing or selling prompts on Promptgah, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. Publishing and selling additionally require accepting the seller terms and following the publishing rules.

Promptgah is an intermediary marketplace: users create and sell prompts, and the platform provides publishing, payment and payouts. Use of the service must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

You need an account with accurate information to buy or sell. You are responsible for your password and for access to your account email, and activity from your account is recorded in your name.

Each person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to get around limits, fake ratings or reviews, or fraudulent purchases and sales is prohibited. To sell and receive payouts you must be at least 18 and register your own bank account and national ID.

The price of each prompt is shown before payment, and buyers pay no separate fee. Payment goes through an official payment gateway, and once it is confirmed the prompt is available in your account.

A purchase gives you a licence to use the prompt under the licence type shown on its page (personal or commercial). Republishing, reselling or sharing the text of a purchased prompt without the creator's permission is prohibited.

AI output depends on the model, its version and its settings. Examples shown by a creator are the results of their own tests and do not guarantee identical output on every run.

Within 7 days of purchase, a buyer can request a refund by opening a support ticket that names the purchase. A prompt that clearly doesn't match its description and examples, incomplete content, or a duplicate payment qualifies for a refund.

A prompt is a digital good delivered immediately after purchase, so changing your mind after seeing the full text is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.

If a request is approved, the amount paid is returned to the buyer, access to that prompt ends, and the creator's share of that sale is deducted from their wallet. The outcome is sent by notification and email.

Only publish content you created or have the right to sell. Content must follow the publishing rules; prompts are reviewed before and after publishing, and content that breaks the rules is removed.

A platform commission is deducted from each sale. The rate depends on your subscription tier and is currently between 8% and 15%; your exact rate is shown in your dashboard. The rate for each sale is recorded at the moment of that sale, and later rate changes do not affect past sales.

A prompt's description, sample images and claims must match the prompt itself. Fake purchases, fake reviews or any other attempt to manipulate rankings and sales is prohibited.

Users can post a request when no ready-made prompt fits their need, and creators can send offers. Requests and offers are subject to these terms and the publishing rules, and are paid through the same official gateway.

A creator's share of each sale — after commission — is recorded in their wallet. For a direct prompt sale it becomes withdrawable 24 hours after the sale (the buyer's refund window); in the request marketplace it is held until the buyer accepts the delivery, or 48 hours pass after delivery.

Payouts go only to an Iranian bank account that belongs to the account holder and has been registered and verified in advance. Payout requests have no minimum amount and currently carry no fee; processing and transfer may take up to one business day, and Promptgah may pause a payout if there are signs of fraud.

For your security, for 72 hours after you change your bank account, payouts keep going to the previous account. If there are signs of fraud, Promptgah may pause payouts of the related amounts until the matter is resolved.

A Pro subscription is active for the period purchased and does not renew automatically. Its tier comes from its length and carries the benefits listed on the subscription page, including a lower commission. When you upgrade, the value of the unused days of your current plan is deducted from the price of the new one.

Attempting unauthorised access to accounts or systems, sending automated bulk requests, dealing outside the platform to avoid payment and commission, and publishing other people's personal information are prohibited.

If these terms are broken, Promptgah may remove content, restrict publishing or selling, or suspend the account. The user is told the reason and can appeal through support.

Each prompt's creator is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its content. Promptgah reviews content, but decisions based on AI output — especially on medical, legal or financial matters — are the user's responsibility.

Promptgah works to keep the service available, but temporary outages may occur during maintenance or because of infrastructure problems.

These terms may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and important changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new version.

Any dispute is first handled through support. If it cannot be resolved that way, the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran have jurisdiction. Ways to reach us are on the contact page.
