Privacy policy

Account information: name, username, email and, if you add them, your mobile number and profile picture. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive the name, email and profile picture of that account.

Content and activity: prompts, requests, comments and ratings, support ticket messages and attachments, and your purchase and sales history.

Payout information (sellers only): the destination IBAN or card number and your national ID, needed to pay out earnings and verify account ownership.

Technical information: IP address and browser type, used for account security, abuse prevention and logging sensitive events.

To provide the service: sign-in and account security, processing purchases and delivering prompts, calculating earnings and payouts, answering tickets, and sending notifications and emails about your account and transactions.

To keep the marketplace safe: detecting fraud and abuse, reviewing content and handling reports. Your information is not sold and is not given to others for their advertising.

Only as far as needed to provide the service: the payment gateway to process payments (you enter card details directly on the gateway's page, and they never reach us), the bank or payout service to pay out earnings, and our hosting infrastructure and email delivery service.

Public profile information — username, display name, picture, bio and published prompts — is visible to all visitors. Other information is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it, at the request of a competent authority.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language; sign-in does not work without them. Preferences such as light or dark theme and recent searches are stored only in your own browser.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use these tools: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They may set their own cookies.

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Sellers' IBAN, card number and national ID are stored with AES-256 encryption, and only site administrators can access them, solely to process payouts.

Your information is kept while your account is active. Records the law requires us to keep, such as financial records, may be retained for the required period after an account is deleted.

You can edit your profile at any time in settings, change your notification and email preferences, and delete your account. To get a copy of your information, or with any question about it, contact us through the contact page.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated and important changes are announced on the site or by email.
